What’s your returns & exchanges policy?
Note: Underwear, Swimwear, Lingerie, Leggings, Make up and Accessories are not allowed to be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
Return/Exchange Terms & Conditions:
Only Damaged or faulty items can be refunded or exchanged within 7 days from date of delivery. Customer must send proof of damage part.
BAG PLUSH CHARMS (LABUBU) are not eligible for return or exchange.
SALE / CLEARANCE items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless flawed or faulty.
