Important: Please note that by placing an order, you agree to all our shop policies and conditions.

  1. There may be color difference on actual item due to lighting in photography and monitor settings.
  2. There may be a difference of 1-3cm on size of actual item due to manual measurement.

 

When will my order be delivered?

Preorder - One (1) to two (2) weeks depending on stock availability.

Onhand - One (1) to Three (3) days


Can I return or exchange an item?

We accept returns and exchanges under the following strict conditions:
• Only defective or damaged items are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Proof of damage (e.g., clear photos or videos) must be provided by the customer and approved by our team before any return or exchange is processed.
• SALE and CLEARANCE items are strictly FINAL SALE. These are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange due to size, preference, or change of mind, unless:
• The item is defective, or
• The item received is not as described/listed.
• Items will be inspected upon return. If found to be used, worn, or damaged by the customer, no refund or exchange will be granted.
• For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns/exchanges on:

▪️ Leggings
▪️ Makeup
▪️ Accessories
BAG PLUSH CHARMS (Labubu or any bag plush charms) are not eligible for exchange or return.

Can I modify my order information after I’ve placed the order?
